Vivek Rajagopal is the Group Chief Analytics & AI Officer at Narayana Health, one of India’s largest hospital chains. Over the past 14 years, he has not only led but also founded the organisation’s Analytics & AI division, building it into a central driver of transformation—advancing clinical care, optimising operations, enhancing patient engagement, and strengthening financial outcomes. He combines this deep industry experience with a PGDM from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).
The success of this division led to the creation of Medha AI, where Vivek serves as Founder Director. Today, Medha AI delivers the same proven value—improved efficiency, stronger financial outcomes, and enhanced patient care—across leading hospital chains in India and the Middle East. His initiatives have already achieved measurable impact, including a 40% reduction in inventory days, 37% faster patient discharge, 22% improvement in operating room utilisation, 33% reduction in DSO, and more than 25,000 clinician hours freed annually through automation.
