Dr. Najwa Alghamdi is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in driving transformative initiatives at the intersection of technology and innovation. As a renowned AI and data expert, she possesses deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and data-driven user research, complemented by her background as an accomplished AI researcher with user-centered design foucs, academic faculty member, and social entrepreneur in IT.

Currently, Dr. Alghamdi spearheads the AI & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) within the AI & Digital Solutions sector at Saudi Telecom Company (stc). In this role, she leads a dynamic team dedicated to developing cutting-edge AI products that redefine industry standards and deliver tangible value to stc and its stakeholders. Her leadership fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, positioning stc as a pioneer in the global AI landscape.
