Clive Kenny is an economist at Frontier Economics with almost twenty years’ experience advising on policy issues in digital, technology, telecommunications, and media services. Before joining Frontier, he worked at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, and within the UK Government Economic Service. Clive specialises in analysing the implications of policy in the tech and digital sectors, using economic tools to assess costs, benefits, and broader regulatory impacts. His recent work includes advising governments and regulators on how to design effective and evidence-based approaches to emerging digital policy challenges.
