  • Madhu is presently working in the Venture Client Unit for Siemens Energy & has +15 years of experience in Energy Industry across, Middle East, Asia Pacific & Europe.​

  • She has a Bachelor’s degree in Power Plant Engineering from National Power Training Institute in India. A Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from University of Edinburgh , as well as Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Henley Business School, UK.​

  • Madhu has over 13 years of experience within in Siemens Energy , career in the Service part of the business before joining the Business Development team in the UK, where she focused on developing decarbonization projects for the UK North Sea offshore.​

  • Her most recent role before joining the Venture team was to Head the Regional Strategy for EAD in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. This role involved market analysis, diversification strategy, technology mapping for the regions, and go-to-market strategy, among other responsibilities.​

  • Madhu has a little boy; she loves to travel and is an amateur photographer at her leisure.
