To set up your Client Portal account:

Log in to the new MWC26 Doha Online Event Manual (OEM).
Go to My Dashboard.
Select Manage your contact.
Update the Registration Coordinator details.
Log in to the Client Portal and start sending invitations.

For Leaders Conference, Exhibition, and Exhibitor/Partner Staff pass holders, please check the visa information here to determine whether a visa is required. If a visa is required to enter Qatar, please apply through the Hayya Portal. It is the attendee’s sole responsibility to ensure that all visa requirements are met.

Important note: Exhibitor Staff Pass registration will open on 12 August.

GSMA members receive a 30% discount on passes to MWC Doha. Your Member ID is required to register and receive the discount. Please do not begin registration until you have your Member ID to hand.

Log into Member Gateway
Go to Member Organisations
Search for your Member Organisation and click on your Organisation Page
On your Organisation Page scroll down to Organisation Information to view your Member ID (your Member ID will be a six digit alphanumerical or six digit numerical code)
In order to receive your discount, your must supply your Member ID prefixed with ‘DOH’ during registration (i.e. if you Member ID is AB1234, enter 'DOHAB1234' into the code box on the first step of the registration process).
