Session Description

Enterprise digital transformation has become one of the most significant growth opportunities for operators and the wider technology ecosystem. Today, connectivity is the largest source of B2B revenues for operators, but the next wave of growth will be driven by services beyond connectivity, accelerating the evolution from telco to tech-co.

To better understand the next phase of B2B growth, GSMA Intelligence surveyed 6,342 enterprises worldwide across 50 countries and 10 vertical sectors. The research included nearly 1,000 enterprises across 10 countries in MENA, including five GCC markets.

The findings reveal that enterprises across MENA have strong investment appetite, ambitious digital transformation strategies, and a growing willingness to adopt emerging technologies. Combined with supportive government agendas and rapidly evolving digital ecosystems, the region offers a highly attractive environment for innovation, technology leadership, and B2B revenue growth.

Join GSMA Intelligence and senior leaders from across the GCC and wider MENA mobile/tech ecosystem for an exclusive executive roundtable exploring the key topics and questions that will define the next phase of enterprise digital transformation and B2B opportunity.

Designed as an interactive and forward-looking discussion, the roundtable will explore:

  • The drivers of enterprise digital transformation: objectives, priorities, investments, challenges, and supplier decisions.
  • The role of enabling technologies: AI, 5G, IoT, cybersecurity, cloud/edge and early enterprise perspectives on 6G.
  • Tech sovereignty as a strategic imperative: the importance of tech sovereignty for enterprises and their willingness to pay a premium.
  • The B2B revenue growth opportunity: how operators move beyond connectivity; the vertical sectors offering the greatest monetisation potential; and the capabilities, partnerships and business models required to succeed.
  • Tech and policy implications: what needs to be done to support the development of a favourable tech and policy environment that can foster innovation, leadership and monetisation.

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the next phase of enterprise digital transformation in MENA, its implications for their business, and the opportunities and challenges ahead. They will leave equipped with actionable insights that can be used to reshape B2B strategies, enhance B2B capabilities, and unlock new growth opportunities.
