      MWC Doha Summits

Join MWC Doha 2026 Summits to connect with global leaders

      Future Networks Summit

Investment in 5G Standalone, cloud-native networks and advanced digital infrastructure is accelerating across the Middle East, uniquely positioning the region to lead the next era of global connectivity. The Future Networks Summit will explore regional advancements and the strategic decisions being made today that will define digital leadership in the 6G era. Discussions will examine how advanced networks are enabling AI-driven services, enterprise transformation and new commercial models beyond traditional connectivity.

Real-world use cases will illustrate how network APIs, automation, edge computing, private networks and satellite integration are transforming network architecture and unlocking new models for monetisation and innovation. The summit will challenge the notion that 6G is a distant future and examine how the transition is already underway through the evolution of intelligent, programmable and interoperable 5G networks.

      Security Summit

The GSMA Security Summit will bring together industry leaders, security professionals, and stakeholders from across the mobile ecosystem to address the most pressing challenges in telecoms security. This session provides a platform for strategic insight, practical collaboration, and forward-thinking dialogue, ensuring the mobile industry remains resilient and trusted in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

With a focus on the unique opportunities and challenges facing the Middle East and broader region, sessions will explore the top priorities and emerging challenges for CISOs, including predictive trends and practical responses to future risks. Attendees will also gain a deeper understanding of the value of threat intelligence and secure information sharing through the work of T-ISAC and see first-hand how GSMA Working Groups are shaping global security standards and solutions. Whether you're driving strategic security policy or implementing network-level protections, this summit offers actionable insights and meaningful connections for security leaders across the region.

      Smart Mobility Summit

The Middle East is rapidly emerging as one of the world’s most ambitious laboratories for next-generation mobility. Driven by national transformation agendas such as Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE’s Smart Mobility Strategy, countries across the Gulf are accelerating investments in autonomous vehicles (AVs), advanced air mobility (AAM), AI-powered transport systems, smart infrastructure, and electrified mobility networks. The autonomous future isn’t far off; in fact, it’s happening right here.

The region serves as a large-scale testbed for future mobility technologies, shaping global standards for smart cities, autonomous transport, and urban sustainability. Supported by significant investments in high-performance infrastructure, it is creating a strong foundation for innovative smart mobility solutions while attracting international investment and strategic partnerships. At MWC26 Doha, we will explore mobility advancements in the region and beyond.

      Intelligent Data Centres Summit

As AI adoption accelerates, data centres are emerging as critical national infrastructure underpinning digital economies, sovereign AI ambitions and next-generation enterprise transformation. With the Middle East rapidly scaling investment in cloud, compute and digital infrastructure, this summit explores how regions are positioning themselves as global hubs for intelligent infrastructure. Industry leaders, policymakers and investors will examine the future of AI-ready data centres, sustainable energy strategies and edge compute ecosystems driving long-term economic competitiveness.

Sovereign AI & National Digital Strategy Summit

As AI becomes increasingly central to economic growth and global competitiveness, governments are accelerating efforts to build sovereign digital capabilities and trusted technology ecosystems. This summit explores how nations are shaping long-term strategies around AI, data, infrastructure, regulation and talent to support resilient and diversified economies. Bringing together ministers, policymakers and industry leaders, discussions will examine how countries across the Gulf and wider Global South are positioning themselves in the emerging AI landscape while balancing innovation, security and strategic autonomy.

      Agentic AI Summit

As AI evolves from reactive systems to increasingly autonomous decision-making agents, a new era of intelligent automation is beginning to reshape industries, operations and digital infrastructure. The Agentic AI Summit will explore how autonomous AI systems are transforming enterprise productivity, customer engagement and network operations through intelligent, adaptive technologies.

Bringing together leaders from telecom, enterprise, cloud, AI and policy, the summit will examine how agentic AI is moving from experimentation toward real-world deployment across networks, business operations and digital services. From multi-agent systems and AI copilots to autonomous networks and intelligent customer engagement, discussions will explore the opportunities, infrastructure requirements and governance considerations shaping the next wave of AI transformation.

As organisations across the region accelerate investment in AI-driven economies and intelligent infrastructure, the summit will also examine the balance between autonomy, trust, safety and human oversight in an increasingly automated world.

      AI in Action Summit

AI is rapidly moving from experimentation to implementation across industries, governments and everyday life. This summit explores how organisations are deploying AI at scale to drive productivity, automation and new forms of economic value creation. Bringing together enterprise leaders, AI innovators and policymakers, discussions will focus on practical use cases, operational transformation and the infrastructure required to support intelligent systems at scale. From agentic AI to sector-specific deployment, the summit will showcase how AI is already reshaping industries across the region and globally.

      Open Telco AI Summit

Mobile networks and Artificial Intelligence are converging into a new Intelligent Connectivity Era, in which ubiquitous mobile connectivity becomes the foundation for AI's widespread adoption and democratisation. Closing the gap between AI in applications and AI inside the network is not the work of operators alone - it requires the wider AI ecosystem, working with operators on a single shared pathway.

The Pathway: From Telco-Grade AI to AI-Native Networks

Two reinforcing GSMA initiatives sit on this pathway. Open Telco AI - launched in Barcelona on 2 March 2026 with AT&T and AMD as founding supporters - delivers the open foundations of Telco-Grade AI: the benchmarks, open models, open data, accessible compute and contributor community that make telecom AI trustworthy, interoperable and operator-ready. The GSMA Open Telco AI Community then applies that Telco-Grade AI across the arc of network evolution towards autonomous networks.

Building Telco-Grade AI at MWC Doha

The Open Telco AI Summit is the technical showcase of Building Telco-Grade AI in action. Across two hours on a single stage, founding-partner operators, silicon and network vendors, and the academic centres behind the open foundations walk attendees through the Five Open Building Blocks - and the agentic AI, capability-building and partnership programmes built on top of them.
