Media & Entertainment Roundtable: Bringing Programmable Networks to Live Production

Broadcasters and content creators have embraced 4G and 5G connectivity for news gathering, remote production and livestreaming. But mobile network performance remains a challenge in high demand environments where reliability is critical.

This interactive roundtable will explore how open network APIs, particularly communication quality CAMARA APIs such as Quality on Demand (QoD), can help unlock a new generation of workflows within the media & entertainment industry.

Building on the outcomes of recent collaborations between broadcasters, mobile operators, and ecosystem players to bring dynamic network control to live production, participants will discuss real-world demonstrations, lessons learned, and the future roadmap for programmable networks in media & entertainment.
