Jennifer leads UNDP’s Innovation agenda in the Arab States region. Driven by UNDP’s mandate to support programme countries in tackling complex development challenges and driving towards transformative change, she brings to UNDP colleagues and their national partners new and alternative approaches, methodologies and tools, such as systems thinking, behavioral insights, and foresight. She facilitates the generation and curation of development intelligence; supports the exchange of bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and lessons learned from both the Arab States and beyond; and aims to stretch the boundaries of what is possible. Prior to this position, Jennifer was a global development policy advisor with UNDP, focusing on institutional effectiveness and performance. Before joining the UN system, Jennifer worked in the private sector as a management consultant with Accenture and Burson-Marsteller. Jennifer earned degrees from Yale University, USA (BA) and Northwestern University, USA (MBA).
