Nearest police station to the venue
Should you need any other help, or to report an incident, the nearest police station to the DECC is Onaiza Police Station, located in Onaiza and operating 24/7. The station is a 7-minute car drive away or half an hour by public transport.

Doha prides itself on being one of the safest cities in the world, but as with any big city it’s best to take some common-sense precautions.

Be respectful
Please respect local culture and traditions by avoiding excessively revealing clothing in public. It is generally recommended for men and women to keep their shoulders and knees covered. -
Be comfortable
Stay hydrated when walking outside; tap water is drinkable and bottled water is widely available. Temperatures in Doha in November range from 20-30°C, so nothing too extreme and every venue is air conditioned.
