Speaker Bio
Dr Morteza Kheirkhah is a Technical Director in Networks at GSMA, where he leads 3GPP standardisation activities for mobile network operators worldwide. He has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, network computer science, and artificial intelligence and machine learning, across both academia and industry. Morteza holds more than 40 patents and has authored several academic publications. He previously worked at Samsung Electronics and InterDigital UK. Prior to joining GSMA, he was a Senior Technical Manager at the 6G Innovation Centre in the UK, where he led the TUDOR project, a nationally funded £12 million initiative by the UK Government focused on developing 6G technologies.
