Philippe leads the GSMA Innovation Fund, providing funding and support to innovators in low and medium-income countries, to help them de-risk their innovation and support them on their path to growth and scale.
Philippe joined the GMA in 2012 and held various roles including Programme Manager for Mobile Money. Prior to GSMA, Philippe worked 10year in various project management roles within Orange, He managed commercial projects on B2C rich communications services (RCS) and B2B voice and data services. He was also responsible for the modelling of termination costs for Orange France. Philippe has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science from the University of Bristol.
