**James Langat is the current of Head of Network Operations and Implementation at Safaricom PLC with 15 years of experience in telecommunications industry having a rich experience in areas of energy, network rollout, network maintenance, planning and project management.
He is an electrical engineer with B.Tech Electrical and Communications Engineering from Moi University and is a certified Energy Manager (CEM), Prince 2 Practitioner, ITIL V4 and Leadership from Strathmore University.
He is passionate about technology and adopting efficient operations systems to empower decision making and sustainability.
