Illya Polshakov

Speaker Bio

Illia Polshakov is Director of Business Development at Kyivstar. He has extensive experience in telecommunications, banking, insurance, and IT.

He specializes in business transformation, strategic project and process management, operational model optimization, and change management. He holds a Ph.D. in Project and Program Management.

At Kyivstar, he leads the development of Big Data, converged cloud solutions, commercial data centers, the Internet of Things (IoT), precision positioning services, and artificial intelligence (AI).  He also drives strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, and SpaceX (Starlink).
