Huzayfa Patel leads Digital Assets and FinTech at the Qatar Financial Centre, where he drives strategic initiatives to position Qatar as a regional hub for digital finance and tokenization. He oversees the QFC Digital Assets Lab, a collaborative platform bringing together regulators, financial institutions, and technology providers to develop real-world use cases in blockchain, tokenized assets, and digitalization.
Prior to joining QFC, Huzayfa worked at Goldman Sachs in London, where he led initiatives in the Digital Assets business, including the launch of the GS DAP blockchain platform. His experience spans blockchain strategy, capital market transformation, and the adoption of emerging financial technologies - combining deep market knowledge with hands-on delivery across operations, product, and technology
