Ali Cheema is a spectrum and digital policy specialist working to shape 5G and emerging 6G landscapes across the Middle East and Africa. With over two decades in spectrum management, technology standardization and regulatory advocacy, he as led advocacy efforts resulting in spectrum availability and release supporting regionwide 4G and 5G deployments. He works closely with regional regulators, ministries and subregional coordination bodies like ASMG and ATU. A contributor to multiple ITU World Radiocommunication Conferences, he provides evidence-base insights on spectrum strategy and next generation connectivity.
