H.E. Dr. Hessa Al-Jaber is a leading Qatari figure in technology and innovation. She serves on the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG and chairs Trio Investment, Qatar Satellite Company, and Malomatia. As former Minister of ICT, she liberalized the telecom sector and launched key national digital programs. She also serves on the UN ITU Broadband Commission and various academic and tech boards.
