Yusuf Yiğit graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2007. He began his professional career as a software specialist at Nortel Netaş and joined Microsoft in 2008, where he worked on search engine and advertising technologies. After holding various positions in Microsoft’s offices in Canada and the United States, he returned to Turkey in 2019 and founded Opsile, a startup operating in the fields of cloud computing and DevOps.
In the same year, he served as Deputy Head of the Information Technologies Department at TRT, managing the software development teams behind the organization’s innovative digital platforms. In 2021, he co-founded Upily, a startup focused on digital education and gaming technologies, where he also served as Chief Technology Officer.
As of February 2025, Yusuf Yiğit continues his role as Director of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Solutions at Turkcell. He is married and has two children.
