Hassan Dhaini is the Chief Information & Security Officer at touch, one of Lebanon's two mobile operators, where he leads the IT and Security Department, covering cybersecurity, enterprise systems, infrastructure and digital transformation. He brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector across Lebanon, West Africa, Armenia and the wider Middle East. Before joining touch, he held CEO-level positions at Comium Gambia, Comium Côte d'Ivoire and Africell RDC. His expertise spans cybersecurity governance, telecom regulatory environments, roaming and value-added services, and public-sector stakeholder management. He has a strong focus on building resilient networks and secure digital services in challenging operating environments. Hassan also spoke at the Security Summit at MWC25 Doha.
