Ministerial Programme at MWC26 Doha

The Ministerial Programme will take place from 8 to 10 November 2026 in Doha.

Bringing together ministers, heads of regulatory authorities, and senior industry leaders, the programme will provide a unique platform for high-level dialogue on the future of connectivity.

For the first time, MWC26 Doha is co-locating with ITU PP-26. Accredited PP-26 participants will also have access to the MWC26 Doha exhibition and conference programme, including the GSMA Ministerial Programme Lounge, without separate registration.

Attendance criteria

The GSMA Ministerial Programme at MWC26 Doha is an invitation-only event open to: 

  • National ministries including telecommunications, and digital agenda
  • Telecommunications regulatory authorities
  • Senior leadership from selected city governments
  • Senior representatives from selected international organisations and intergovernmental bodies
  • C-level and senior regulatory representatives from the mobile industry

Accredited ITU PP-26 participants will have access to the MWC26 Doha exhibition and conference programme, including the GSMA Ministerial Programme Lounge, without separate registration.
