Session Description
Open Gateway is driving the standardized adoption of network APIs globally which is enabling new business models, new solutions to real-world business problems and creating new enterprise revenue streams even as the initiative gains global momentum and acceptance.
Building on the momentum of the Doha Open Gateway Summit, this round table explores the next frontier in telecom innovation: advanced network APIs.
With capabilities like Quality-on-Demand (QoD), Simple Edge Compute,Connectivity Insights, Home Device QoD and Network Slice Booking, operators can use APIs to dynamically programme networks to meet evolving industry needs and create new revenue sources.
Presenters will share early-stage use cases that demonstrate the real-world impact of programmable networks.
The session will also examine the role of the CAMARA project, TM Forum, Mplify and the GSMA in standardising and certifying APIs, ensuring global interoperability, and accelerating adoption.
Join industry leaders as they discuss what’s needed to scale these innovations, which sectors will be first-movers, and how open, standardised APIs are unlocking new business models and revenue streams for operators and enterprises alike.
