Spotlight Sessions: Digital Inclusion & Human Capital

As economies become increasingly digital and AI-driven, investment in people, skills and access is becoming just as important as investment in infrastructure. This session explores how governments, industry and educators can work together to prepare future workforces, close digital divides and create more inclusive pathways into the digital economy. With youth empowerment and knowledge-based growth high on regional agendas, the discussion will examine how human capital development can support long-term innovation and economic resilience.
