Eiman Mohyeldin is the global Head of Spectrum Standardization at Nokia, where she drives the company’s global spectrum strategy and represents Nokia in international regulatory and standardization forum.
Eiman plays a leading role in international spectrum policy and standards development. She is deeply involved in the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) process, including preparatory meetings.
She is a recognized leader in international spectrum negotiations, playing an active role in the ITU and CEPT processes and contributing to the World Radiocommunication Conferences. She has led and contributed to IMT processes for 4G, 5G, and now paving the way for 6G. Beyond her technical expertise, Eiman is also a champion for diversity in technology, co‐coordinates CEPT’s “NOW4WRC23” initiative, which promotes gender equity and representation in global spectrum governance.
Her vision and leadership continue to influence the future of mobile connectivity worldwide.
