Session Description
Forward-looking spectrum policies are a vital part of delivering networks that enable the latest applications. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in business and government operations, spectrum availability will be critical to deliver the capacity needed for real-time insights, automation, and digital transformation.
Today's networks are already enabling impactful AI use cases at a time when planning is underway for the next stages of mobile evolution: 5G-Advanced and, eventually, 6G. These future networks aim to be more intelligent, secure, and energy-efficient, further aligning with the demands of AI-native applications.
Unlocking these capabilities will depend on access to wide, contiguous spectrum channels and coordinated regulatory strategies. Meeting the data and latency needs of AI-driven services, now and into the 2030s, requires a spectrum roadmap that enables future mobile generations going into the 6G era.
*Priority access will be reserved for Ministerial Programme attendees. Remaining access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
