With over 30 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Hassan Dhaini is widely recognized as a development specialist and an influential leader in his field. His distinguished career is marked by a consistent record of driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across multiple international markets.
Currently serving as Chief Information and Security Officer at touch, Dhaini plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s information and cybersecurity strategies, ensuring robust infrastructure and compliance across all operations.
His career trajectory includes a series of senior leadership roles, such as Acting CEO and Chief Technical Officer at Africell in Congo DRC, CEO of Comium CI-KoZ in Ivory Coast and The Gambia, and CEO of Maxilis Ltd. When Lebanon’s Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) was established, Dhaini was appointed as Senior Spectrum Monitoring Expert, contributing to the nation’s telecommunications regulatory and monitoring framework.
