Speaker Bio

Najla Alkaabi is the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at du, leading the company’s AI transformation journey. She spearheaded the establishment of the du AI Factory — a sovereign, GPU-powered multi-cloud platform that accelerates AI development, embeds governance, and scales innovation across business units. She also launched the du internal AI Agents Store, one of the region’s first internal AI marketplace introducing a digital workforce of intelligent agents—such as Talk to Your Data and Talk to Your Documents—that accelerates automation, enhances decision-making, and elevates customer experience across the organization. In parallel, Najla led the development of du’s Responsible AI Framework, aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and GSMA Responsible AI principles, ensuring trust, transparency, and accountability in every AI initiative.
