Eman Al Kuwari has been a prominent figure in Qatar’s digital transformation journey, leading the TASMU Smart Qatar Program under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
In her role, she has led the design and deployment of innovative digital solutions across priority sectors. These include Virtual Consultation in healthcare, which enabled nationwide and consistent access to clinical services; Real-Time Crowd and Transport Management, which supported crowd operations during major national events such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™; National Food Security Analytics, which continuously balances food imports with local supply; and the launch of the Tarsheed EV Smart Charging Initiative to advance sustainable mobility.
Through the championing of pioneering initiatives such as the TASMU Accelerator, the Digital Incubation Center, and the Innovation Lab, which includes two centers of excellence focused on AI and UX/UI, Eman is actively helping to drive the growth of Qatar’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, accelerate the adoption of next-generation technologies, and position the country at the vanguard of digital innovation in the region.
