Elie Abouatme is Head of Telecom & Media Go-to-Market for EMEA at ServiceNow, where he helps global operators transform network and service operations with AI-driven automation. He has spent more than two decades leading market expansion and digital transformation initiatives for global companies in the TMT space. 


Elie advises C-suite leaders on accelerating operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and unlocking new revenue models across the TMT value chain. He holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering. Based in Dubai, Elie works closely with EMEA’s largest operators on their journey to autonomous service operations.
