Eng. Jassim Mohamed Al Khori is the Chief Executive Officer of Media City Qatar, where he leads efforts to position Qatar as a regional hub for media, innovation, and talent in alignment with the Qatar National Development Strategy 2024–2030 and the broader Qatar National Vision 2030. Since his appointment in 2024, he has been instrumental in advancing Media City’s role as a regulator, developer, and investor in Qatar’s creative and digital economy. Under his leadership, the organization has forged strategic partnerships with leading global technology and media companies, driving digital transformation and next-generation media production. With nearly two decades of experience in project development and management, Eng. Al Khori has held senior roles at several prominent organizations, including North Oil Company, Maersk Oil, Shell Exploration & Production, and Schlumberger. His career spans both technical and strategic leadership, underpinned by deep expertise in operational excellence, innovation, and organizational development across the energy, R&D and media sectors. Eng. Al Khori holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Qatar University and has completed executive leadership programs at the Qatar Leadership Centre and INSEAD. In addition to his executive role, he serves on several advisory boards and national committees, reflecting his enduring commitment to national development and the advancement of a knowledge-based economy.
