Speaker Bio

Tiffany Tong is Co-founder and CEO of Aloi, an award-winning fintech impact startup in Nepal and Singapore. Aloi’s platform uses custom digital token wallets to power green inclusive finance for the informal sector. It is a cashless financing system that enables real-time tracking of fund utilisation — including loans, grants, and carbon credits — ensuring transparency and measurable impact.

Tiffany is a Global Good Fund fellow, Women’s Impact Alliance fellow, Singularity University alumna, and winner of the Bayer Foundation Women Empowerment Award. Aloi is honoured to have won awards from UNCDF, GSMA, World Bank, National Geographic, GIZ, and Welthungerhilfe. Tiffany has worked in data and development with the World Bank, governments, and social enterprises in Liberia, Tanzania, Uganda and Nepal for 16 years.
