Hisham Siblini is a Senior Telecom Executive with strong management and operational experience.
He Built and developed successful wireless and wireline operations around the world. This includes building teams and leading Networks and operations from green field to more mature stages in highly competitive environments. He held CTIO and COO roles in multiple geographies across Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
Hisham Siblini holds a Master Degree in Radio Communications from the “ENST”, Ecole National Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, France.
He has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and Information Technology sectors.
