Baran Yurdagul is the Chief Operating Officer of Vodafone Qatar, where he leads the company’s commercial growth strategy. With over 24 years of telecom experience across regional and international markets, Baran is a strong advocate of data-driven transformation to unlock business value and elevate customer engagement.
Under his leadership, Vodafone Qatar has accelerated its use of advanced analytics, AI, and customer value management to deliver personalized experiences and intelligent products - both for consumers and enterprise partners. Baran plays a key role in shaping the company’s digital roadmap, transforming how data is used not just internally, but also as a service to enable external industries and national priorities like Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030.
Prior to Vodafone Qatar, Baran held senior leadership roles at Omantel, Turk Telekom, and Turkcell, where he led large-scale commercial transformations and pioneered next-generation network and digital service rollouts.
