Registered attendees can now purchase up to 28 passes at a time. Just follow these simple steps:
- Complete your attendee registration or sign into your account.
- Once logged in, select ‘Buy More Passes’ from your account’s main page and follow the instructions.
If you have a discount code add it after selecting the group purchase option.
If you are an exhibitor, partner or sponsor access the Client Portal to manage your pass allocation. If you have not received your client portal login details, please confirm the Registration Coordinator information in the ‘Company Details’ section of your Online Event Manual account.
Important note: Some pass holders will need to complete additional verification steps after event registration, regardless of nationality. If this is not completed by the deadline, then we will be unable to allow access to MWC Doha. To avoid disappointment, please read the information on the ‘Registration and Access’ page in your Online Event Manual carefully before sending invitations to your guests and staff.

Important note: once you have received your registration confirmation for MWC25 Doha you will need to complete a mandatory application via the Hayya Media Portal. This is a web-based resource for media attending events in Qatar and is designed for media personnel to ensure hassle-free coverage and filming by streamlining visa issuance, filming permissions, and media equipment clearance. Please check your registration confirmation email for more information.
Your full application must be completed by 15 November. Without a valid approval, you won't be able to attend MWC Doha.
