ICT Regulatory Platform Partnership between MCIT, PwC and Microsoft

1st Signing : ICT Regulatory Platform brings together PwC and Microsoft’s complementary policy, governance and technology expertise to establish a unified, AI-enabled digital platform for Qatar’s ICT regulatory ecosystem. The platform will provide businesses, investors, government entities and other stakeholders with streamlined access to regulatory information, guidance, self-assessment tools and engagement services. Through AI-assisted navigation, structured inquiries and progressively integrated regulatory services, the initiative aims to enhance regulatory transparency, simplify compliance, improve government efficiency and support Qatar’s digital economy ambitions in line with Digital Agenda 2030.

2nd Signing: The tripartite agreement between MCIT, PwC and Ipsos establishes a strategic collaboration to conduct a comprehensive national ICT Market Study in Qatar. The study will assess ICT adoption across households, businesses and government, evaluate market size and growth opportunities across six ICT sectors, and provide insights into digital capabilities, industry competitiveness and emerging technologies. Combining Ipsos' research expertise with PwC's strategic advisory capabilities, the initiative will strengthen evidence-based policymaking, support ICT sector development and advance Qatar's Digital Agenda 2030 and National Vision 2030.
