Your checklist for entry to MWC Doha

Here’s a handy checklist to guide your entry into the event this year - it is essential you follow and complete these steps before arriving at the event:

Step 1 Complete your registration

It is mandatory for all MWC Doha attendees to be fully pre-registered online before arriving at the event. There are no onsite registration facilities. 

For the pass holders listed below, your event registration must be completed on or before 30 October (GMT +3). No exceptions will be made after this date.

  • Press/Analyst Pass
  • Official Contractor Pass

To comply with local security requirements during the registration process, all attendees will be requested, to provide the following information: 

  • Upload a recent portrait photo
  • Nationality
  • Document Type (Passport or Qatar ID)
  • Document Number (Passport or Qatar ID)
  • Full Name on the Document

Register

Step 2 Complete a mandatory Hayya e-Visa application, if applicable

For the pass holders listed below, you are required to complete a mandatory e-Visa application via the Hayya Portal or Hayya Media Portal, regardless of your nationality. E-Visa application must be completed by 3 November (GMT +3). Please refer to your registration confirmation for more information.

  • Press/Analyst pass – Hayya Media Portal
  • Official Contractor pass – Hayya Portal

For other pass type holders, please check the information here to see whether you require a visa.  If you need a visa to enter Qatar, please apply via the Hayya Portal. It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements.

Step 3 Download the MWC Series App

The MWC Series App ensures attendees can make the most of their experience by easily organising their schedule, enjoy networking features, joining conferences and getting inspiration from some of the most influential leaders from our industry. 

Your Digital Access Pass will be available in the MWC Series App. 

Step 4 Event Access

Event Access: What to Bring?

  • MWC Doha Digital Access Pass available in the MWC Event App. 
  • Visa document available either as a printout or in the Hayya to Qatar mobile app, if applicable
  • The same identity document used during registration, as an identity check may be conducted upon entry. 
  • Present your Digital Access Pass at the entrance. A networking badge will be provided to all attendees when you enter the venue for the first time.  This will be handed to you during the access process.
