Your checklist for entry to MWC25 Doha
Here’s a handy checklist to guide your entry into the event this year - it is essential you follow and complete these steps before arriving at the event:
Step 1 Complete your registration
It is mandatory for all MWC25 Doha attendees to be fully pre-registered online before arriving at the event. There are no onsite registration facilities.
For the pass holders listed below, your event registration must be completed on or before 17 November. No exceptions will be made after this date.
- Speaker Pass
- Press/Analyst Pass
- Exhibitor/Partner Staff Pass (or Exhibitor/Partner passes with extended hour access)
- Official Contractor Pass
To comply with local security requirements during the registration process you will be requested, to provide the following information:
- Document Type (Passport or Qatar ID)
- Document Name
- Document Number (Passport or Qatar ID)
- Nationality
- Upload a recent portrait photo

Step 2 Complete a mandatory Hayya e-Visa application, if applicable
For the pass holders listed below, you are required to complete a mandatory e-Visa application via the Hayya Portal or Hayya Media Portal, regardless of your nationality. E-Visa application must be completed on or before 20 November. Please refer to your registration confirmation for more information.

Step 3 Download the MWC Series App
The MWC Series App ensures attendees can make the most of their experience by easily organising their schedule, enjoy networking features, joining conferences and getting inspiration from some of the most influential leaders from our industry.
Your Digital Access Pass will be available in the MWC Series App.
Step 4 Event Access: What to Bring?
- MWC Doha Digital Access Pass available in the MWC Series App.
- Visa document available either as a printout or in the Hayya to Qatar mobile app, if applicable
- The same identity document used during registration, as an identity check may be conducted upon entry.
Present your Digital Access Pass at the entrance. A networking badge will be provided to all attendees when you enter the venue for the first time. This will be handed to you during the access process.
Venue Access: we have two entrances:
- West Entrance: close to metro stations
We recommend that any attendees taking public transportation or a taxi use the West Entrance. - South Entrance: with direct access from carpark staircase no. 1.
We recommend that attendees who are driving park in P1 & P2 (B1 level) and P4 & P5 (B2 level).
The DECC concourse is part of the event perimeter. Without a valid Digital Access Pass, you will not be able to access the venue via the carpark.
