Visa information
Visas are the responsibility of attendees and we recommend that you check with your government travel advice for any further details such as vaccinations and travelling with medication.

Getting to the DECC Location
The Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre is located in the West Bay business area, at the northern end of the corniche seafront walk.
Trains and taxis
From the airport, the DECC can be reached in just over 20 minutes on the direct Doha Metro red line; trains run every five minutes. Electric limos or standard taxis can be found at the Taxi Pavilion to the left of the arrivals hall. You don’t need to give a physical address – the DECC is a well-known landmark.
Metered Karwa taxis can be hailed directly on the street and are easy to spot, thanks to their bright turquoise colour; you can use the Karwa app to book. Other ride hailing apps such as Uber are also available.
Walking
The weather in November is suitable for a morning walk if your hotel is close to the DECC, although it can get hot by midday. We recommend that you check out your walking route first – sometimes pedestrian options take longer than you might think.
Wheelchair or personal mobility vehicle
Doha is a modern city and many buildings, pedestrian areas and transport options conform to international accessibility standards.
