Dr. Fethi Filali is a senior leader in data-driven and AI-powered smart systems with over 20 years of experience turning advanced R&D into large-scale digital deployments. As Director of Technology & Research at QMIC in Qatar, he has led national IoT and AI platforms for smart mobility and city operations, including during the FIFA World Cup 2022. Recognized as Middle East Smart AI Leader 2023, he holds 11 patents, has authored over 150 publications, and delivered more than 100 invited talks worldwide on smart cities, AI, and IoT.
