Elie Abouatme is the EMEA Head of Telecom & Media Industry Go-to-Market at ServiceNow, driving business transformation and customer success across EMEA. He leverages ServiceNow’s TMT Industry to innovate, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional outcomes for telecom and media clients. His strategic oversight ensures that businesses across the region harness the full potential of digital workflows, enhancing efficiency and accelerating growth.

Previously, Elie was Managing Director at Akamai Technologies UAE, led AT&T’s Middle East and Africa regional business through a key partnership, and held senior roles at Level3 Communications and Equinix.

Elie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University – Louaize and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and ESA Business School.
