Ankush Duggal is Vice President, Customer Performance & Fraud at Mastercard, where he leads strategic initiatives across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) to strengthen the performance, resilience, and integrity of the payments ecosystem. He works closely with financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, merchants, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and create synergies that improve outcomes across the value chain. By bringing together diverse participants in the ecosystem, he helps customers address shared challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and navigate an evolving payments landscape.
With over 25 years of experience in retail payments, risk management, information security, and governance, Ankush has held leadership roles across EEMEA and Asia Pacific. He also leads industry forums that bring together financial institutions, regulators, and ecosystem stakeholders to advance payment security, fraud prevention, and industry best practices. Prior to Mastercard, he held information security and governance roles at Ernst & Young and Schlumberger.
