I work at the intersection of AI, transformation and business strategy, helping organisations turn emerging technologies into practical solutions and measurable business value.

As Managing Director, Innovation & AI at Qatar Airways Group, I lead innovation and AI enablement across a diverse group of businesses. My work involves building innovation ecosystems, developing strategic partnerships and helping organisations move from experimentation to adoption at scale.

Previously, I worked in digital innovation at ANZ Banking Group, contributing to initiatives across Open Banking, data, cloud and AI. These experiences have shaped my approach to transformation: technology creates value when it solves real problems, supports business priorities and delivers tangible outcomes.

My experience spans aviation, banking and financial services, supported by a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA in Strategic Management. I bring together strategic thinking, technical depth and commercial awareness to complex transformation challenges.

I am particularly interested in open innovation, responsible AI and the partnerships that help organisations create lasting enterprise value.
