Nejoud Al-Jehani is the Executive Director of Strategy & Programs at the Qatar Research, Development & Innovation Council (QRDI), where she leads national strategy, innovation funding, and ecosystem development.


She played a founding role in establishing the Council, co-developing the QRDI 2030 strategy, and helping to position innovation as a key economic driver within Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy.


At QRDI, she has launched pioneering platforms such as Innolight, established the Center for RDI Impact, Strategy & Policy (CRISP), and overseen landmark programs in research, talent, and innovation.


Nejoud’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to building systems that empower people, shape industries, and position Qatar as a global hub for innovation.
