Media Registration and Accreditation

Members of the media, industry analysts, content creators, and approved photography and videography professionals who would like to attend MWC26 Doha can review the criteria for accreditation here.

Please ensure that you have access to the relevant supporting materials (as requested in the criteria) before starting your application. You will not be able to complete your application without these.

Please allow 5 - 10 days for your application to be reviewed. If you have questions regarding accreditation, please email pressregistration@gsma.com.

The deadline for Media Pass accreditation is 28 October 2026. Please ensure that your Media Pass application is submitted in sufficient time to allow for review and approval before the deadline.

Important: Hayya Media Portal

Following receipt of your MWC26 Doha Registration Confirmation, all attending media, industry analysts, content creators, and approved photography and videography professionals are required to complete a mandatory application via the Hayya Media Portal (HMP).

The Hayya Media Portal is a web-based resource for media attending events in Qatar, designed to streamline arrangements including visa issuance, filming permissions, and media equipment clearance.

You must have your MWC26 Doha Media Pass confirmed and approved before you can complete the Hayya Media Portal process. When completing your HMP application, you must upload your MWC26 Doha Registration Confirmation email as evidence of your confirmed registration and approved Media Pass.
