MWCD - Registration Information

Where you have been provided with an attendance code, you can use this to register and receive your ticket for the event. 

No. All attendees must register in order to be able to attend the event. All registrations must be completed online in advance of attendance. 

For certain pass types, attendees are required to complete their event registration no later than 30 October 2026 and complete a mandatory e-Visa application via the Hayya Portal or Hayya Media Portal (for press and media only) no later than 3 November 2026. Please refer to the Hayya Portal information in the Visas and Entry Requirements section below for more information. 

For Press/Analyst passes and Official Contractor passes, there are two important deadlines. Please refer to the Visas and Entry Requirements section below for more information.

• Complete MWC Doha registration on or before 30 October 2026.
• Complete the Hayya e-Visa process on or before 3 November 2026. Without a valid e-Visa, you won’t be able to access the event.

For the passes listed below, registrations will be accepted until the closing date / time of the event; however, please check any additional visa requirements here.

• Exhibition
• Exhibitor/Partner Staff
• Leaders Conference
• Speaker Pass

To speed up your entry into the event venue, please ensure that you register before arriving and have completed the additional entry requirements depending on your pass type.

A valid email address is required to register for MWC.  If you do not use a valid address, you will not receive any invitations, confirmation of your registration, password recovery and other important registration emails.

You can only register in full for your own pass. All attendees MUST register/log into their account and provide the mandatory personal information required. Attendees will be refused entry to the event if this information has not been provided before they arrive at the event venue.  

If you have been confirmed as a speaker at the event, please check with the person who confirmed your attendance, for details on how to register.  

Check the error message when applying your code.  The code may have expired, or it may be a code that can only be used in certain circumstances such as upgrades.  If you are still having problems, please contact the person who sent you the code for assistance.
