MWCD - Registration Information

The MWC Doha 2025 event is a paid event. Please see details of the various passes you can purchase here.

Any invited attendees should register using the code provided to ensure that your pass is activated with the right levels of access to programmes and areas within the Event venue.  

All attendees must register to attend the event, and all registrations must be completed online, before arriving at the venue otherwise you may be refused entry. 

For certain pass types, attendees are required to complete their event registration no later than  17 November 2025, and complete a mandatory e-Visa application via the Hayya Portal or Hayya Media Portal (for press and media only) no later than  20 November 2025. Please refer to the Hayya Portal section or more information.

Yes. The minimum age required to attend the event is 16 years of age however GSMA acknowledges that there may be certain circumstances in which an attendee has to bring an individual younger than 16 years of age i.e. a minor. Should an attendee be required to bring a minor to the event they must request approval from GSMA (approval is at GSMA’s sole discretion) prior to entering the event (please click here to submit the form).  The approval process can take up to 72 hours and any onsite requests may significantly delay your entry to the event, so you are encouraged to make all requests in advance.   The approval process can take up to 72 hours and any onsite requests may significantly delay your entry to the event, so you are encouraged to make all requests in advance.  

Before deciding to bring a minor to the event, attendees should be aware that the event environment may not be suitable for all minors due to:  

• Large crowds 
• Loud noises and music 
• Significant visual stimulation (including bright lights, large screens and demonstrations)  

Should you decide to still bring a minor to the event GSMA are committed to providing you and your minor with a safe experience.  

All attendees that bring a minor to the event, must always accompany the minor and shall be responsible for ensuring both the minor’s safety and the minor’s compliance with all rules and regulations, including all health and safety protocols. Attendees are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free environment. For safety reasons, minors are not permitted entry to the event venue during build-up and dismantling. No exceptions are provided.  

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the registration website, clicking on the "Sign In" button and then the "Forgot Password" link.  You will receive a password reset email

There are many factors as to why emails may not be received and may be down to the individual mail server settings or the spam filtering used by your company. Please check your spam folder and contact the IT department of your company to ask them to whitelist [email protected].

You can opt to add an additional email address during the registration process, or you can log back into your registration account and update your Contact Information

You will receive copies of your registration emails (except password reset or visa support letter) to this additional address.

Log in to your registration account and click 'Contact Information' to edit your personal information. Please note, your Primary Email Address cannot be changed. Contact the Registration Team at [email protected] if you need additional assistance.

If you see an error message saying that your account is locked, please contact [email protected] 

Check the error message when applying your code.  The code may have expired, or it may be a code that can only be used in certain circumstances such as upgrades.  If you are still having problems, please contact the person who sent you the code for assistance.

A valid email address is required to register for MWC.  If you do not use a valid address, you will not receive any invitations, confirmation of your registration, visa support letters, password recovery and other important registration emails.

You can only register in full for your own pass. All attendees MUST register/log into their account and provide the mandatory personal information required. Attendees will be refused entry to the event if this information has not been provided before they arrive at the event venue.  

If you have been confirmed as a speaker at the event, please check with the person who confirmed your attendance, for details on how to register.

For Leaders Conference and Exhibition Pass, registrations will be accepted until the closing date / time of the event however, please check the visa requirements here. 

For Speaker pass, Press/Analyst pass, Exhibitor Pass (with extended hour access) and Official Contractor pass, there is a deadline to complete the MWC Doha registration and another deadline to complete the Hayya e-Visa process. Without a valid e-Visa, you won’t be able to access MWC Doha. Please refer to the Hayya Portal section below for more information.

To speed up your entry into the event venue, please ensure that you register before arriving  and have completed the additional entry requirements depending on your pass type.
