Speaker Bio

David Fregonas, Middle East & Africa

I have spent my career moving early into markets to build marketing teams, businesses, and systems
in high-growth, government-led environments, where nations compete globally for tourism and
talent, youth shapes demand, and Al adoption is not a strategy but a mandate.

I started in Eastern Europe, then joined Accenture to work at the intersection of brand, growth, and
experience transformation, leading CRM and Loyalty across EMEA.

Since 2014 in the Middle East, I have built Accenture Interactive from the ground up and scaled it into
Accenture Song, sustaining 35%+ annual growth over 7 years and growing to a team of 600+
professionals. We expanded across KSA, Qatar, and Africa, launched the first DrogaS studio in the UAE,
drove our inorganic growth agenda in KSA, and earned 50+ industry awards in the last 3 years.

Today, I focus on what comes next: the convergence of Al-native creativity, immersive realities,
programmable trust, and physical execution. Marketing is moving from the business of reaching
people to the business of shaping preference before decisions are made. and being chosen by their
agents when they are.

My craft is growth-led marketing: shaping how nations, destinations, and brands are seen,
experienced, and chosen. I focus on the moments that define long-term perception, from citizen
experience and tourism to mega-events, talent attraction, and the cultural and investment narratives
that determine relevance for decades.
